Statutory portals

Integration with external portals (AISHE, NAAC, NSP, AICTE, UGC): NewLMS extracts the dataset, the data steward validates it (DPDP data minimisation), NewLMS uploads it, and the workflow waits for the portal's acknowledgement callback.

New statutory portal submission

AISHE / NAAC / NSP / AICTE / UGC: extract → validate → upload → acknowledgement callback. Workflow: “Statutory Portal Submission”.

You are acting as librarian. Allowed roles: data_steward, it_director, admin — switch user in the header.

Submissions

When a submission is waiting for the portal, use the buttons to simulate the portal's acknowledgement callback.
