NewLMS starts the job; the (simulated) backup system reports the result to the engine by callback about 8 seconds later. The “ERP file server” scope always fails (NAS unreachable) → a sysadmin investigates within a 4 h SLA, escalating to the IT Director. Optional DR restore drill.
