Integration examples in this project: external API (engine → NewLMS /api/ext, e.g. member and copy checks), mock connector (GeM bid), webhooks (engine → NewLMS /api/webhooks/workflow, HMAC-signed), async callbacks (goods received, portal acknowledgement, backup result), subprocesses (cataloguing, RBAC), parallel approvals (committee 2-of-3, privileged access), scored rules (ticket priority), SLA escalation (P1 tickets), cross-case lookup (duplicate tickets) and a scheduled start (daily overdue run).
